Many international brands manufacture in the Philippines, and it is common to have rejected pieces due to minor defects such as untrimmed threads, missed stitches, and misaligned buttons.

Because reworking/repairing these items would take more time & effort than it is worth for most brands, many of these pieces are discarded or destroyed.
